This page presents a citizen-driven exploratory initiative aimed at better understanding the reality of small condominium associations in Bois-Franc.

The goal is not to sell a service, but to assess whether there is collective potential at the neighbourhood level to improve risk management, costs and long-term maintenance.

Bois-Franc includes hundreds of condominium associations and thousands of units, often built with the same materials, the same building designs and facing the same challenges.

Yet each association still operates in isolation.

This initiative aims to determine whether the true scale of the neighbourhood could finally work in favour of its associations rather than against them.
